Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email, subject, and message. Licensing inquiries also collect a pattern number, intended commercial use, and any company or project details you choose to provide. Do not include sensitive personal information.
How information is used
Information is used to review and respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential project. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers and spam protection
Cloudflare hosts the website, processes form requests, and verifies Turnstile challenges. FormSubmit processes accepted inquiry details and sends notifications to the studio’s Outlook email inbox. Cloudflare may process technical information, including IP addresses, to provide these services. The studio’s email provider processes the resulting correspondence.

Storage and retention
The website backend does not store inquiry messages in a website database. Accepted messages are sent by email. Correspondence may remain in the studio’s inbox and the service providers’ systems. No analytics or advertising cookies have been added to this site.
